We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and service for our coffee, vending, and water equipment. This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual with a passion for health and wellbeing in the workplace. The successful candidate will be part of a fast-growing company, ensuring our clients receive the best-in-class refreshment services.

• Complete machine filters/de-scaling and manage service responses to machine breakdowns, meeting or exceeding company KPIs and standards.
• Perform necessary repairs or services, reporting any major faults to maintain machines in good working order.
• Utilize Vend Manager on a smartphone to respond to service calls, complete calls, and service reports.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed to company standards.
• Liaise with subcontractors for certain machine repairs.
• Assist with installations, including setting up coin mechanisms and card readers, and registering equipment on Vend Manager or other relevant software.
• Manage customer satisfaction throughout and post-installation.

• Full UK driving licence.
• DBS Certificate (or the ability to obtain one through the company).
• 2-3 years' experience as a field service engineer.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong communication abilities.
• Local residency to Greater London.
• Experience with Evoca, Coffetek, fresh milk coffee equipment, and Vend Manager or similar vend management systems is preferred.
