If so, we have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join us on our transformation journey at Wythesnhawe Community Housing Group (WCHG).  

We are seeking someone with the skills and behaviours to attract and secure top talent for WCHG in line with our values. This role provides Recruitment administrative support to the People Team, Managers, Colleagues and Customers covering the full spectrum of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, to support WCHG’s business objectives. 

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Oversee the entire Recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening applications, coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires; 

  • Collaboration with hiring managers and prospective candidates, to ensure a positive, seamless and efficient experience; 

  • Deliver a diverse mix of candidates with the talent and capabilities to fill critical roles to ensure business success; 

  • Maintain and monitor WCHG’s ATS and produce regular reporting on trends and metrics; 

  • Connect with local schools, colleges and universities and leading in organising and participating in job fairs to promotes WCHG as a great employer; 

  • Supports cover for administration within the team to ensure efficiency. 

Successful applicants will possess a professional qualification at level 3 or equivalent, experience of administration and ideally previous experience of recruitment administration within a busy organisational setting. Customer focussed with the ability to deliver services tactfully and professionally, excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise own work-load to meet deadlines. Good communication, attention to detail, team working and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong team working and ICT skills including use of systems/databases.
