We are committed to driving innovation in energy storage and are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of our battery storage systems.

Job Description: As an Electrical Supervisor in our Battery Storage division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient implementation of our energy storage projects. You will be responsible for supervising the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading a team of electrical technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision & Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of electrical technicians, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
  • Installation & Maintenance: Oversee the installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of battery storage systems and associated electrical infrastructure.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant standards (e.g., IEEE, NEC) and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning and managing battery storage projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical systems and battery storage equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize SCADA systems and other tools to monitor system performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in electrical systems, with a focus on battery storage or renewable energy.
  • Strong knowledge of battery technologies (e.g., Lithium-ion) and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
  • Familiarity with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP) and SCADA systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Certification in Electrical Safety, High Voltage Operations, or related areas is a plus.
