ES Steel is one of Constructions fastest growing SME with a strong focus on the Nuclear and Defence sector! We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer to start immediately at a nuclear site, with opportunities for extensive contracts!

This role is ideal for a seasoned Industrial Paint Sprayer with a background in high-security environments, such as nuclear facilities. The successful candidate will be adept at working on both steel and concrete surfaces, implementing specialist access solutions, and adhering to rigorous safety protocols. Experience in similar environments and a commitment to quality and safety are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply containment liner coatings within nuclear reactor rooms.
• Provide surface protection for concrete structures to ensure durability.
• Implement and manage specialist access solutions where necessary.
• Perform tasks on both steelworks and concrete surfaces with precision.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.

In return you’ll receive a base rate starting at £21.09/hr PAYE, with overtime rates of £29.53 (OTA) and £37.97 (OTB). There are also performance bonuses of £2.11/hr based on quality and weekly lodging allowances of £337.12 to support accommodation costs.

• Basic: £21.09 per hour
