This role will be a critical team member within the Accounting & Finance department, applying their skills within the industrial/manufacturing industry. The role will involve managing financial records, performing audits, and assisting in budget preparation.

Description

• To assist in the development of the reports, accounting procedures and policies throughout the organisation.
• Develop the detail reporting and creating analysis of all areas within the balance sheet and P&L allowing management to be able to make confident and informed decisions.
• Assist in the month end process ensuring timely cut off and reporting of performance.
• Process and submit monthly Statutory returns and submissions.
• Assist during the annual audit.
• Assist with keeping a clean ledger in terms of Accts Receivable.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

• An educational background in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Professional accountancy qualification (part-qual).
• Proficiency in accountancy software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis.
