Eco Brite Cleaning Services provide commercial cleaning in Hull. Beverley, Grimsby, Brigg and Scunthorpe.

Are you an experienced cleaner? Are you friendly and approachable? We are looking for an Area Supervisor - 20 hours per week, working afternoon / evening shift 4-8pm.

• To provide leadership and guidance to approx 60 cleaning operatives across multiple sites, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• On board new starters ensuring they have a thorough knowledge of the site, spec and standards required.
• Schedule regular check-ins with new team members to ensure a smooth transition into the business. 
• Promote and enforce compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures,, ensuring a safe working environment for all team menmbers.

You will need proven experience and competence in supervisory or team leadership roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively and effectively with team members and clients. You will also be required to have basic project management skiks including the ability to plan & co-ordinate cleaning activities across multiple sites.
