Hatched recruitment is looking for a temp Personal Advisor in the Leaving Care Team, Future Directions. You will be working with Care Experienced young people aged between sixteen to twenty-five. Transitioning from care can be daunting and scary, your role will be to ensure that young people who you are working with are fully equipped and prepared to navigate their way through to adulthood. You will be working alongside our young people to ensure good outcomes
You will be working alongside our young people to ensure good outcomes and the service that we provide is the best that it can be. This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Advisor who wants to make a difference and join our stable and dedicated team.
