Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm
Pay: From £11.70p/h
Contract: Temp - Perm

Are you looking for a new career in the manufacturing industry? We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives for our client based in Kidderminster. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have previous experience in a similar role.


The Duties of a Factory Operative:

  • Assemble product according to production specifications and quality standards
  • Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Assist in the packing, labelling, and preparation of finished product for shipping
  • Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure product meets a high standard
  • Collaborating with the production team to achieve production targets
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment


The Requirements of a Factory Operative:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • This role is physically demanding, must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to adhere to guidelines
  • Ability to work in a loud, hot environment.
