Multi – Skilled Maintenance Engineer

£40,000 - £43,000 + Overtime

Shifts – Mon – Fri (6-2, 2-10)

The Company

An opportunity has arisen for a multi – skilled maintenance engineer to join one of the fastest emerging companies in Bradford who operate in the packaging industry! The company are going through a major investment process, and you will be working on a brand-new site on the latest, state – of – the – art machinery meaning there is no better time for engineers to join the company!

The Role

As a multi–skilled maintenance engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Working on a huge range of complex packaging machines conducting planned and reactive maintenance
• Fault finding on electrical components including servo drives, motors, invertors, contractors and safety circuits etc
• Fault finding on mechanical components including pneumatics, gearboxes, shafts and bearings etc
• Automation projects and machine modification projects

Requirements

To be a successful multi – skilled maintenance engineer, our client requires:

• An NVQ level 3 or equivalent in engineering (mechanical or electrical)
• Ability to fault find both mechanically and electrically
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Great communication skills
