A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Pastry chef to join a loyal and dedicated brigade in a stunning hotel near St Austell.
My client is looking for a chef with a creative flair used to exceptional quality fresh produce – with a thorough knowledge of ingredients and how they should be used. Someone who understands how seasonality and environmental factors impact on product and menu.
Requirements
- NVQ Professional cookery – between Level 1-5
- Food hygiene/safety & H&S between Levels 1-4
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills with an eye for details.
- Good time management and ability to multi-task.
- Available to work flexible shift pattern to include evenings and weekends and ability to drive.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Daily food preparation
- Adhere to all Health and safety policies
- Maintain high levels of daily service
- Passionate for learning and development
This is a full time permanent position.
