Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

About the role  

Are you a seasoned property professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service?  

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Leasehold and Resales Officer to join our team.  

You will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of leasehold sales services, including staircasing, resales, Right to Buy, and Lease Extensions alongside  a strong housing background and in-depth knowledge of the residential conveyancing process, you will excel in this role.  

Key responsibilities:  

  • Managing leasehold sales transactions from application to completion  

  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents  

  • Maximising income through effective lease management  

  • Contributing to the marketing and promotion of our products  

About you 

To succeed in this role, you will possess:  

  • Proven experience in leasehold and property management  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities  

  • A customer-focused approach
