Henry Martin Group are partnered with a strong Residential Main Contractor to source a strong Assitant Site Manager for a large residential development in Central London. 

This is a new build scheme in NW London. It is a residential project and our client are seeking an internal-focused ASM for the role. You should have experience overseeing internal fit-out trades on residential RC frame projects from 1st fix through to handover.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the residential development project
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure the project meets specifications
  • Assist in managing project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
  • Help to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on the construction site
  • Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records
  • Support the Site Manager in conducting regular site inspections and meetings
  • Assist in coordinating and managing the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site
  • Provide support and assistance to the Site Manager in any other tasks or duties as needed.
