Based in Aberdeen, you will be an integral part within the invoicing and billing department.
As the Administrator, you will be tasked with the following. This is not an exhausted list - there may be other duties arise:
* Managing and processing aspects of billing and invoicing within department
* Adding information using the SAP system and other ERP systems
* Extracting reports
* Speaking to internal and external customers
* Communicating within department and out with
* Supporting colleagues with any administration
* Any other administrative duties
As the Administrator, we require the following:
* Able to prioritise tasks
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* Computer literate - MS Office, Emails, Teams, Skype and Web Browsers
* Working knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems
* Organisation skills in order to maintain efficient operations
The Administrator Job Offers:
* Up to £15ph DOE
* 12 month position
