What You’ll Be Doing

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the business, responsible for selling the extensive range of IT services and solutions. Your primary role will involve:

  • Building and Managing Client Relationships: Engage with both new and existing clients, understanding their IT needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Selling IT Services and Solutions: From cybersecurity packages to cloud migrations, you’ll have a vast portfolio of services to sell – you’ll be expected to do new business and prospect to find new clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Work closely with clients to identify pain points and provide expert advice on the best solutions to improve their IT infrastructure.
  • Managing Sales Processes: From initial contact through to deal closure, you’ll oversee the entire sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Sales Experience: A track record in B2B sales, in the IT sector, is essential.
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of IT services and solutions, with the ability to discuss technical concepts with clients.
  • Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
  • Results-Oriented: Driven by targets and KPIs, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear and persuasive presentations.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive with a positive attitude and a desire to grow within a fast-paced environment.
