Our client is a contractor undertaking new build, residential, refurbishment and commercial schemes across the Country.
Our client is now seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead a brand new project in North West London.
The project consists of 380 units, mixed use high rise RC Frame development. Total value £110m.
You will have a Design Coordinator reporting into you for support and the position will report into the Head of Design.
Our client is seeking applicants who have design lead RC Frame developments in excess of £80m.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £90k - £100k + full package and bonus system on top.
