We are looking for a compassionate and skilled SEN Tutor to join our team in Dagenham. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be committed to providing tailored, high-quality support. This part-time role is perfect for educators with a passion for helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions for students with SEN.
  • Customize lessons to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each student.
  • Create and implement engaging, differentiated learning plans.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Provide encouragement and positive reinforcement to support student development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential.
  • Previous tutoring experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and the UK curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
