My client, a leading independent clinical testing laboratory based in Chiswick, are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Associate to join their team. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the medical diagnostics sector.

Duties will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
  • Identify, engage, and close sales with potential clients in the medical and healthcare sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to the management team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Attend and represent the company at relevant trade shows and conferences.

You will work primarily in an office setting but may require travel to meet clients and attend industry events. The role may include flexible working hours to accommodate client schedules. A valid UK driving licence is essential.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of pathology services and laboratory processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Marketing) is preferred.
