Salary/rate: Salary is paying £27,000 Per annum

Requirements:
Qualifications needed consist of the below -
* City & Guilds/NVQ Mechanical or Electrical Qualifications Level 2/3
* 18th edition (If Electrical)

About the role: We are looking to take on a bubbly and organised receptionist to be based on a high end commercial site in the heart of Colchester.

Responsibilities:
* Provide high quality customer service to both internal and external customers
* Meet and greet all clients/visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Develop positive relationships with clients, management and service providers. Proactive in client assistance and promptly responds to problems and concerns that are recurring or of a sensitive nature, in line with all site rules and regulations
* Respond to Client and customers' needs and coordinate resources, and proactively provide solutions and recommendations
