Microsoft Security Engineer

Permanent Position

On-site in Leeds office

£45k - £60k based on experience

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Microsoft Security Engineer to work with a Global Public Infrastructure Provider where you will provide guidance on IT Security within a global infrastructure environment.

As a Microsoft Security Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with security incident management and response activities.
  • Provide day-to-day support on managing and responding to security alerts from systems and end users.
  • Develop and enhance security policies, processes and procedures by performing daily security tasks.
  • Identifying security risks to prevent cyber security attacks.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Information Security or infrastructure within an enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft O365 Security solutions.
  • Proven experience working in a Microsoft O365 environment.
  • Real world experience with Incident Response and Threat Intelligence.
