My client is currently on the hunt for a practice manager to support their high end  fully private clinic based in Kingsbridge. The clinic is a brand new, fully refurbished, state of the art practice. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a dental practice manager to take the reins of this beautiful clinic.  The practice is a private clinic. With a high end feel to the finish.  

Main job responsibilities:

Driving new private revenue streams while ensuring the patient journey continues to be award winning. Customer service is this clinics niche, they pride themselves on offering their patients a    and the progressing the practices forward ultimately driving new income and revenue streams.

Day to Day:

Day to Day you’ll be based in the practice running the day to day life of the practice. The current associates are very good and almost left to their own devices. So the managerial roles that you’ll have to do will be staffing rotas, ordering stock, dealing with day to day life of a practice.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a practice manager to step into the private side of dentistry. The practice is currently open to candidates with senior nurse or senior receptionist experience.

My client is looking for a candidate who has the following skill sets and experiences, highly experienced with p & l budgets, commerciality driven, fantastic people management skills and to have a strong business acumen.
