You will play a vital role in supporting finance, reporting to the Finance Director and taking ownership of the accounts payable and receivable processes. The business is keen to support career progression within finance.

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

• Process and reconcile Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable invoices
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable reporting
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Reconcile Customer statements
• Maintain customer records
• Ad hoc finance tasks

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

• Exposure to Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge and understanding of Excel
• Positive attitude
