Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking for a change? A top 30 contractor in London is currently looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a mixed-use project in Bournemouth, with an £6,000,000 M&E package.
With the job currently in pre - construction this is a chance for the right person to join the scheme and see it through final phases to the handover. This is for a contractor that is family run and offers real progression for their staff
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Oversee the mechanical elements of the project, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, ideally within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and M&E packages.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
