As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented UX Designer to join their remote team and play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for their innovative payment solutions.

Role Overview:
This UX Designer role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about creating user-centric designs. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to design user interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional. Your work will directly impact the development of products that are used by thousands of customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts to guide the design process.
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all platforms.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Stay informed of the latest UX design trends and best practices, especially within the fintech space.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in fintech, payments, or a related industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development (advantageous but not essential).
