I am working alongside a leading civil engineering sub-contractor. They are looking to on-board a foreman to help deliver a civils and infrastructure package. My client deliver packages such as earthworks, drainage, groundworks and civils.
Foreman responsibilities:
- Site supervision.
- Record keeping.
- Tool box talks.
- Ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Progress meetings.
- Managing plant and labour.
- Putting labour to work.
- Liaising with subcontractors and client.
- Reporting to the project manager.
Foreman requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- CSCS card - Gold/ Black.
- SSSTS/SMSTS.
- First aid.
- HW passport.
- Safety critical medical.
- Previous experience with highways, drainage or earthworks.
- Full UK driving licence.
