Senior Amadeus Ticketer required for London based Travel Company
based on the Victoria line
We currently have an opportunity for a candidate with BSP ticketing experience to work in a small friendly environment in a busy ticketing department as part of a team.
Salary £25-30k depending on experience plus Bonus and staff concessions.

In this Senior BSP Ticketing consultant role you will:

• Issuing BSP tickets for a travel agency working from Amadeus
• Organising reissues and refunds
• Issuing schedule Airline tickets
• Providing resolution to ticketing issues
• Deal with escalation queries with the airlines

As a Senior BSP Ticketing consultant you will have:

• Experience issuing BSP Airline Tickets either from a tour operator, travel agent or Business Travel background or a busy BSP ticketing background
• Excellent fares knowledge and a good understanding of IT, Published, cat35 fares
• Experience using the GDS Amadeus or alternatively highly skilled in Sabre or Galileo with the willingness to cross over to Amadeus
• A very good understanding of the Ticketing process with hands on experience in this field

• This role is Mon- Fri (phone number removed)pm with alternate Saturdays until 3pm
• Based in central London on the Victoria line
