Project Manager

Dublin, Ireland

Up to €75,000 (Dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our reputable, family-owned structural steel fabrication company based in Ireland. As a medium-sized enterprise, they have built a strong presence in the Irish construction industry by delivering high-quality structural steel solutions across a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management:Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, fabricators, and site personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
- Budget Control: Monitor project budgets closely, implementing cost-effective measures without compromising on quality or safety.


Qualifications and Experience:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the structural steel or construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word and Excel; experience with project management software is an advantage.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve project goals.
