Temporary Office Assistant / Administrator
We are currently seeking an Admin to support our client's Huntington office. This role is vital in helping with approvals for works via phone and email, as well as updating spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders to obtain approvals via phone and email.
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Utilizing basic IT skills for day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong telephone manner.
- Basic IT skills, including email and spreadsheet management.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM.
Start Date:
- Tuesday, 27th August.
Duration:
- Likely to last a couple of months, with the potential for extension.
