A great opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join a leading accountancy firm in Plymouth. This role involves preparing accurate financial statements and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. You'll proactively monitor regulatory changes to provide optimal client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements for clients.
  • Manage tax compliance, including returns and computations.
  • Oversee bookkeeping and accounting processes.
  • Manage client relationships through effective communication and appointment scheduling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations.
  • Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.
  • Provide tax advice and planning services.


Essential Experience / Qualifications and Attributes Required:

  • Experience dealing with clients.
  • Proficient IT skills, Microsoft applications and Xero.
  • Comfortable training and developing junior team members.
  • Audit experience essential.
  • Qualified by examinations or experience.
