Location: Plymouth

Salary: £35,000 basic salary, with on-target earnings of £41,000. The bonus structure is uncapped.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee the efficient running of the workshop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and a proven track record in workshop management.

Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a workshop management role is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the workflow of the workshop.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within timeframes.
• Liaising with the parts department to ensure parts availability.
• Supervising and motivating a team of technicians.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
