Location: Ongar, Essex
Our client is a family run building company established in 2004. Their office is based in Essex.
The Role
They are currently looking to recruit a small Sub-Contractor with an existing team to carry out works for their expanding business. Their clients vary to include local authorities, housing associations and the private sector.
The work will comprise of general refurbishments to void and occupied properties, new bathrooms and kitchens and general decorating
Skills and Qualifications
- General carpentry skills.
- General plumbing not heating skills.
- Knowledge on general maintenance and repairs.
- Standard decorating skills.
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle (which is ULEZ compliant)
- Your own tools
- Experience working on renovations and refurbishments
