Role Overview:

They are seeking a driven and knowledgeable WMS Software Sales Consultant to join their dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored WMS solutions that align with their business objectives. Your ability to blend technical expertise with strong sales acumen will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their operational challenges and business requirements.
  • Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate WMS software solutions, highlighting the benefits and how they meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Consultative Sales: Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on how to best leverage WMS solutions to achieve their business goals.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and technical documentation to support the sales process.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position their solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development and implementation, to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales or consulting role within the software or logistics industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • WMS Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and their application in various industries.
  • Consultative Selling: Ability to engage in consultative selling, understanding client needs and delivering solutions that add value.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose client challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
