Engineer Surveyor - Pressure Systems

£40-45 per hour (experience & qualifications dependent) + outside IR35 + travel time + mileage (over 20 in any given day) + overnight accommodation & food allowance (as required) + collaborative & supportive global business environment

Long term contract roles available UK wide from Birmingham to Aberdeen (dependent on your location)

A leading global Professional Services organisation is looking to engage with an experienced Engineer Surveyor - Pressure systems to join their team on a long-term, ongoing contract basis

Engineer Surveyor - Pressure Systems remit;

• Inspect & certify systems with operating pressures of 60+ bars & above, including Oil & Gas fired Steam Boilers, Gas container systems, Turbines, Cooling & Heating systems etc
• Working remotely from home, maintain individual responsibility for allocated inspection and technical activities across a diverse range of industries
• Produce comprehensive and detailed inspection reports
• Liaise regularly with internal supporting departments to ensure work schedules are completed
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and internal business relations

Engineer Surveyor - Pressure Systems profile;

• Min NVQ4 or HNC/HND qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline
• Min 5yrs experience installing, repairing, and testing pressure systems of 60+ bars
• Experience as an Engineer Surveyor, testing, inspecting & certifying Pressure systems advantageous
• Excellent working knowledge of PSSR / PUWER / H&S regs related to Pressure systems
• Sound technical knowledge of the Pressure engineering discipline
• Accurate and timely reporting experience
• Confident verbal & written communication skills
• UK driving License & use of own car
