Job Title: Multi-Skilled Mobile Engineer (Electrically Biased)

Location: M3 Corridor - Frimley Area

Salary: £40,000 + Van & Fuel Card 

Hours: Monday - Friday  8-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of electrical systems and equipment across multiple sites.
• Perform general building maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant safety regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with site managers and clients to provide exceptional service and maintain strong working relationships.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including job sheets, risk assessments, and maintenance records.
• Participate in an on-call rota, responding to emergency maintenance issues as required.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance.
• 17th or 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations certification.
• Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance role, ideally within a facilities management environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, with the ability to diagnose and repair faults efficiently.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance is highly desirable.
• Full UK driving license is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
