Main Purpose

To install ductwork or electrical services on projects, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities 

- Supervise and manage site works daily 

- Ensure installations align with provided drawings and specifications 

- Identify and resolve on-site issues, proposing effective solutions 

- Review designs for installation feasibility and implement appropriate solutions 

- Complete all required site documentation 

- Maintain a safe working environment, including interpreting and adjusting RAMS 

- Communicate effectively with project managers, client supervisors, sub-contractors, and team members 

- Manage site inventory and report material needs 

- Support project completion and timely resolution of snagging 

- Contribute to continuous improvement within your area of expertise

Basic Qualifications:

  - CSCS Gold Card (Skilled Worker or Supervisor) 

  - WIMES compliance experience 

  - Clean driving license. 

Knowledge:

  - Understanding of the Water and Construction Industries 

  - Expertise in ductwork or electrical services

Experience:

  - Minimum of 3 years in the relevant trade
