Chartered Building Surveyor
We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our Council Client Services Team, based in the Central Belt of Scotland. This is a long-term contract offering a daily rate of £250 - £300. You will manage our extensive commercial portfolio and oversee capital spend projects. The role requires hybrid working, with 2 days in the office and mileage covered for site visits.
Key Requirements:
- Must be an RICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
- Experience with commercial/corporate buildings.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing contracts.
