The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Build key strategic partnerships with new and existing customers
- Grow credibility with the client base to ensure optimisation of all business opportunities
- Network and prospect for new business opportunities
- Oversee the bidding process and ensure administrative tasks are completed to the highest standard
- Quote projects and scope out potential success with new partnerships
The Candidate:
The ideal Business Development Manager will:
- Have a strong commercial mindset and a passion for growing business relationships
- Be ambitious, organised, and thrive on working within a close-knit team
- Be motivated and determined with a passion for overdelivering on customer experience
- Have experience in business development within B2B sales
- Be comfortable with client liaison on all levels and platforms
- Be motivated to visit and present to current and prospective clients
The Package:
The Business Development Manager role offers an annual salary of £50,000 to £75,000 OTE.
A Profit share option will be available on delivery of targets.
