Retail Product Assistant urgently required Wise Employment are delighted to be supporting a fast growing large company in their search to find a Retail Product Assistant. This is a Full Time Temporary to Permanent position offering a competitive salary with some fantastic benefits. You will be working 8:45am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday based in North Plymouth

Your day to day tasks as a Retail Product Assistant will involve:

-          Liaising with suppliers to obtain information and imagery with each product

-          Establishing new and building current rapports with buyers and suppliers.

-          Reviewing and editing the information about the products, to ensure it meets the highest standards

-          Inputting and uploading product information to internal systems

-          Managing new products to ensure that they meet the launch date

-          Responding to requests for additional information to improve the quality of the product listings

In order to be successful as a Retail Product Assistant you will:

-          Hold some experience in ecommerce or Retail (this is desirable not essential)

-          Have previous experience using Microsoft such excel, with good spreadsheet knowledge

-          Great communication skills, able to use email and instant messenger software

-          Have a great eye for detail

-          Have some sort of interest in home décor, kitchen, leisure or garden products

-          Hold some understanding of ecommerce or retail

-          Great organisational skills and an ability to use initiative

-          Hard-working, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
