Shift: 8-hour Rotation Shift (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supervising and guiding a team of professionals, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management and Leadership:
- Supervision and Guidance: Lead and motivate a team of production staff to meet and exceed production targets, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
- Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to new and existing team members on manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and quality control measures. Foster an environment that supports continuous learning and professional growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans as necessary to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.

Production Oversight and Quality Control:
- Production Monitoring: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that car bumpers and other plastic car parts are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase production efficiency and reduce waste. Work closely with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall productivity.

Safety and Compliance:
- Safety Management: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Conduct regular safety audits and address any potential hazards or safety concerns.
-Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records of compliance and address any non-compliance issues as they arise.

Administrative and Operational Tasks:
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production metrics, attendance, and any incidents or issues that occur on the production floor.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues or production delays promptly. Collaborate with other departments to find solutions and minimize disruptions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, quality metrics, and team progress to senior management.

By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will contribute to the efficient and high-quality production of plastic car parts, including car bumpers, ensuring our facility's success and continued growth in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
