Job Title: Conveyancing Fee Earner

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Type: Permanent

Start Date: Immediately

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 D.O.E

Plus, Bonus Structure

Looking for someone to join the team in the above role to not only support the conveyancing department but build and expand the firm. As a Fee Earner you will have access to all the needed administration aid needed and in turn help develop the next in training, bringing your skills to enhance the team around you.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion, including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
  • Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
  • Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
  • To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers.
  • Meeting clients and taking detailed instructions.

To be a successful candidate for this role you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience:

  • Have excellent client service skills, going above and beyond client expectations.
  • Have experience of managing your own caseload.
  • Be organised and process driven.
  • Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice.
  • Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.
  • Understanding the importance of communicating with clients, solicitors, and introducers.
  • Committed to providing an excellent standard of client care.
