A small but growing cost and project management consultancy are looking to add a driven Associate Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in West London, near Fulham. 

The role of the Associate Quantity Surveyor

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will be joining a cost and project management consultancy who have office is based near Fulham and complete projects in and around London.

As a company they have knowledge and experience in running High End to Super Prime Residential and have just gone into commercial projects. Initially you will come in and deliver High End Residential projects from £2m - £15m. You will also get the chance to travel to places like the Middle east and USA for projects.

This is an incredible opportunity for a driven and hard-working candidate to build on the success of the current team and help to take forward a market and lead the cost management team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will also have a clear pathway to a Director position.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Experience working on High End Residential projects
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Experience within a PQS / consultancy
  • Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
