M&E Engineer - 50k + Package – Slough 

I am currently recruiting for one of the leading M&E Service Providers in the UK on one of their newest Critical Contracts based in Slough. 

The need is for a M&E Day Engineer to come on board and will give the opportunity for the successful applicant to work in a smart forward thinking building where training & progression are actively promoted

As an M&E Engineer you will be required to work a standard Mon - Fri 40 hour week as part of the Critical Services Team. 

Your team must ensure all critical plant on site is working in a safe and efficient manager as well as looking after all relevant reports and paperwork

The site uses both Electrical and Mechanical Plant inclusive of AHU's, FCU's, Chilled Beams, CRAC Units, Down Flow Units, UPS, Generators, Lighting, Lighting controls systems, BMS, Battery banks – a strong working knowledge of the listed plant is required

LV & HV Shutdowns will take place onsite so a current/previous working knowledge is required and ideally valid AP status 

Personal Specification:

  • All applicants must come from an Electrical background with the relevant City & Guilds qualifications in Electrical Installation
  • Previous Building Services experience in a critical site is required
  • A valid/previous HV Certification is a must
  • The hiring manager is looking for a forward thinker who has a growth mindset, can be visionary and innovative in their thinking
  • This role will come with development opportunities and readymade plans to not only train but move up the ladder
