The Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable FLT (Forklift Truck) Counterbalance Driver to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload pallets in the warehouse. This role requires a high level of precision, safety awareness, and teamwork.

The Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable FLT (Forklift Truck) Counterbalance Driver to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload pallets in the warehouse. This role requires a high level of precision, safety awareness, and teamwork.
- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to transport pallets and materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from vehicles and stack them in designated areas.
- Ensure pallets and materials are stored safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as required.
- Support general warehouse operations and housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet operational goals.
Successful Applicants
- Valid FLT Counterbalance license (In house licences not accepted)
- Proven experience as a forklift driver, preferably within a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to forklift operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
