Funding Administrator Role
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 3pm (25 hours per week)
  • Duration: Until November
  • Start Date: August 27th until November
Requirements:
  • MUST HAVE AN ENHANCED DBS (dated within a year or on the update service)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High-level administration and organizational skills

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the funding team, including managing documentation, maintaining records, and organizing meetings.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding funding processes and requirements.
  • Data Management: Input and maintain accurate data in funding systems, tracking and reporting on the status of applications and funding allocations.
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of funding applications and reports, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines.
  • Organization: Manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of funding activities.

Contract Positions
