As our client continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our client's warehouse team, establish robust processes, and drive efficiency in their day-to-day operations.
This is a pivotal role with significant growth potential as the company scales, offering ample opportunities for career advancement.
We are looking for:
• 2+ years experience as a Warehouse Manager/Supervisor level within a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and improve processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience in ensuring compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
In return, this is a Mon-Fri position with a seasonal bonus and sociable hours (9am-5pm), with development opportunities as the business grows!
