Family Support Worker
Northampton Based Primary School

We are looking to appoint a motivated, well organised and experienced Family support worker to support a school that we work with in the Northamptonshire region. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support and monitor families, to improve parental knowledge and skills in-line with their child's needs. You will also provide support to families around parenting and ensure the wellbeing of the children. Finally, you will support families to access the community and the services they require.

Thia school have the ability to support and mentor so anyone with relevant/transferrable experience can be considered.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
