We are looking to recruit a Branch Sales Manager who will work with the Branch Manager to achieve the Branch and Regional Sales strategy to targets and attain monthly and annual sales targets for the branch budget.

What does the role involve?
The ideal candidate for the Branch Sales Manager role will champion the Company initiatives and Sales agenda, ensure that existing accounts are being managed effectively to achieve maximum business, and open new accounts and ensure that they develop profitably
The successful candidate will also agree with Branch Manager which larger branch held accounts to focus on and strategies how to maximise margin, profit and volume within defined branch area and have monthly performance meetings with the Regional Director/ Branch Manager with strategy and direction to gain market share.

The successful candidate will require:
•    Previous Sales Management experience desirable
•    Good level of numeracy and IT skills
•    GCSE Maths and English (desirable)
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Strong Communication Skills
•    Industry knowledge (desirable)
•    Ability to build & maintain key relationships with customers & suppliers.
