The shifts on the ferry are either morning shifts 06:00 to 14:10 or afternoon shift 13:50 to 22:30.
When cover is required, we will provide the shift times and dates that we require staff.
The ferry service runs 7 days a week.
We require staff to work as and when required to fill the position of ferry host on Windermere Ferry.
- The ferry is located in Bowness, Windermere.
- The role of ferry host is to assist the first- mate with the loading of vehicles and take payments from the foot passengers and vehicles using a card payment machine.
- You will need to be polite and considerate, any customer service experience will be beneficial.
- All PPE and training will be provided, and the staff will be working outside in all weathers.
