Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Lowton, Warrington
Salary: £24,909 - £27,317 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours)
Contract: Full-Time, 39 hours per week


About Us: We are recruiting for Residential Support Worker`s for a new 3-bed residential provision dedicated to supporting children and young people with mild to moderate learning difficulties, physical disabilities, neuro-diverse conditions, and/or mental health needs. We are committed to providing a safe, healthy, and relaxed environment where every child can reach their full potential.


Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and optimistic Residential Support Workers to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding care to children and young people, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect. Your work will help create a caring environment in line with our home`s statement of purpose, promoting good childcare practices and supporting the personal development of each child.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing environment that meets the emotional, social, and physical needs of the children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote the wellbeing and development of the children.
  • Adhere to the home`s statement of purpose and core values.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People`s Workforce or equivalent (or willingness to work towards this, funded via an accredited Apprenticeship).
  • A caring, empathetic, and patient attitude.
  • Commitment to the principles of child protection and safeguarding.
