About the role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant: Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a real impact in their education? We are looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant primary school in Edmonton. This full-time, long-term role will offer you the chance to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons while providing valuable support to teachers and students alike.

Application Requirements: 

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a primary school setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.

• An enthusiastic and proactive approach to supporting students' educational and personal growth.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Support classroom teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
• Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students with varying needs.
• Assist with the development and implementation of educational resources.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and reports.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student engagement and well-being.
