The Environment & Sustainability Advisor will be responsible for:
- Advising on environmental management and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
- Developing and maintaining effective environmental management and sustainability plans.
- Building strong relationships with regulators, clients, subcontractors, and local stakeholders.
- Investigating and reporting on environmental incidents, supporting preventive measures.
- Providing on-site guidance on environmental controls, mitigation strategies, and compliance.
The Environment & Sustainability Advisor will have:
- A degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Practical experience with environmental legislation, ecology, and archaeology mitigation.
- Knowledge of environmental management systems, regulatory requirements, and consent applications.
- IEMA Membership and a full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent interpersonal skills.
